Better late than...

Happy Summer! 
Summer is busy time. Markets, vacations, kids home from school... so I'm going to have to take a hiatus! I'll still be writing (I can't NOT write!) but you'll be seeing less of me online and I'm going to skip a few newsletters over the summer. I hope to back October onward but time, kids, and work will tell. 
But I will fulfill commitments for the summer, which includes... 

• All Sooke Days Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Fred Milne Park, Sooke, BC
• Sooke Fall Fair  Sat and Sun Aug 22-23rd 2026, Fred Milne Park, Sooke BC
• Sails and Sagas Festival Sat and Sun Aug 29-30th 2026 Iroquois Park, Sidney

Beyond that, I'll take some time to visit Bridal Falls and maybe Cathedral Grove... Need some breathing space. Plus I have a flight (illness made me cancel a flight last year) to use up...
